A short Kruger Tour including a convenient return road transfer from Johannesburg, all meals & game drives. Stay in a permanent tented bushcamp.

You are met at the shuttle drop-off by a ranger who then drives the short distance to the tented bush camp called nDzuti. Lunch is served in the unfenced grounds on a deck with a view over the waterhole in front of the camp.

Accommodation is in permanent tents, mini Meru style, with an adjacent open-air private bathroom.  The tents have twin beds with fine linen, bedside tables, floor mats and luggage racks. Each tent has a wooden deck with chairs set out for relaxing while watching the waterhole and the animals that may pass by the front of the unfenced camp.

After lunch, there is a 3-hour late afternoon game drive pausing at sunset for sundowner drinks and snacks. The reserve is Balule Nature Reserve and is part of the Greater Kruger Park. The reserve is home to all of the Big Five, being a part of the unfenced expanse of land making up the cooperative conservation efforts of the Greater Kruger Park.  Besides the Big 5, your ranger will introduce you to the joy of watching a  vast array of mammals and birds and their interactions with each other.

Dinner is served at the fireside in the boma; a screened fireside area with starry skies above. Before bed enjoy a piping hot shower under African Skies and then a comfortable bed with feel-good linen.A first light we meet for hot drinks and rusks before the three-hour morning game drive.  Along the way, there is a coffee break and a leg stretch.
